Sorry about this. Its my fault. My Windows clock is stuck permanently on Sept 2020. Although I can change it for current sessions,I can't correct it completely.I've tried searching for a solution without much luck.I cannot see it being the CMOS battery as the SETUP clock would also be affected, which it is'nt. If anyone can propose a remedy,I'd be only to pleased to hear it. Occasionally I foreget to alter the clock on start up ,hence the problems. Back to the top MORE INFORMATION The system user right, SeSystemtimePrivilege, controls the ability to set the system time. Changing system time is a security-sensitive user right that affects the reliability of auditing, and is also used in Kerberos version 5 protocol negotiation. The default policy assigns SeSystemtimePrivilege to the Administrators and the Power Users groups. Time zone information is not security-sensitive, but it is a system-wide setting. By default, only members of the Administrators or the Power Users groups can change time zone information.
