On the DVD03 shot, what episode is the shot from, the explosion part. I
don't recall.

It seems to be a collage of three shots: a flying UFO, an exploding
one and a shot of the open hatch of the spacecraft from THE MAN WHO
CAME BACK (before Collins climbs out pretending to repair SID).
