effects for 'The land that time forgot', although not for 'The
people...'

How do I obtain the music from the series of UFO??I love the opening and
also during the action sequences it just makes the essence of how UFO came
to be my favorite show and continues to stay on that top five list for me
still to this day and age.If anyone can assist me in getting the musice I
would appreciate it.Thanks

For starters, there are a few MP3's that you can download here:

http://ufoseries.com/music

There was also a 2-disc soundtrack CD released by the fan club
FANDERSON. This is now out-of-print and sells for high prices
on eBay.

There will also be (hopefully) a 1-disc soundtrack CD released by
Silva Screen at some point in the next year or two, if you can
wait that long.

There is also a record album that was released a few years ago,
if you can play one of those! That should be fairly inexpensive
and easy to find.

There are also fan bootleg CD-Rs that show up from time to time
on eBay... these usually contain different (additional) music
that was on the Fanderson soundtrack, and are of lower quality.

Any more news about a revival and what(if)about a recreation of UFO like how
Battlestart Galactica made a comeback on NBC(USA)and is now on the very
popular Sci-Fi and doing well(!).I know if the right people write the story
and the right people play the roles of the characters almost to the very
letter-particularly"Ed Bishops"role of Ed Straker--I believe wholeheartedly
in keeping the characters as they were,not change their color or gender!How
can we as Gerry Anderson fans spread the word for this to hopefully take
place and NOT be all talk or as they say"IN THE WORKS",with no results??This
show would grab my attention no matter what and I would love to see it on
Sci-Fi.

The last word was from the Fanderson convention earlier this month,
and that was a decision to "go" or "no-go" was expected soon...
