Greetings guys,
Been lurking around the list for ages.. Sorry for not interacting for so long.. Anyway, I have just taken over as Agent for a couple of Australian zine editors/publishers.. Annie Hamilton and Susan Batho ( nee Clarke ). Also Susan has asked me to help her with her older stock of zines, manof these were from Bill Hupe's stock. Most are new but there are a few pre-loved and hard to find titles.. If you are looking for a particular zine why not email us here and see if we can help you out.. We have many fandoms in stock.. And we accept Paypal. To bring it sort of on topic here are a couple of rare Aussie zines that have Gerry Anderson fanfics in them that we currently have up for auction on ebay, please feel free to take a look.. Gerry Anderson fandoms: Red Alert Captain Scartlet, etc http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1410725938 Multi media : Syndicated Images #5 Captain Scarlet etc http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1410728214 Or check out my complete ebay listings http://cgi6.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewListedItems&userid=ltcolhondo& sort=2&page=1&rows=25&since=-1 Thank You, Carol 'Hondo' Burgess CaraZines (Cara is a Cetlic name meaning 'Dear Friend' and as I am agenting for my dear friends zines, I thought it was apt. ) Australia. |

I like this ep, for obvious reasons. :-) That plane Foster was flying ..... it was practically in orbit! And was moving awfully slowly, wasn't it? Straker went thru a great deal of effort to recruit Foster, didn't he? Love at first sight? BAD YUCHTAR! <slap slsap> BAD! <snicker> My favourite line is in this ep: Foster: "I'm not buying it, Straker!" Straker: "I'm not trying to sell you anything, BOY!" Okay, well, SOMEOne here wants MY puter <glare glare> So, that's all for now. Just got the episode last night. So far so good. I think I like "survival" a bit better, but i'll save comments on that for when it comes up. Foster's Debut <kerplop!>. I have a question however. Foster is featured in the opening credits. Were they different in the few episodes prior to his joining. Yuchtar wrote: > WELL! Explains the lack of noise in Foster's aircraft. Which brings up another point. Carlin takes Sky One from underwater to the edge of the atmosphere. That's one tough little plane. > And was moving awfully slowly, wasn't it? Just perspective. > > Straker went thru a great deal of effort to recruit Foster, didn't > he? Yes, but the story deliberately made it unclear whether Straker was planning to recruit him or kill him. > Love at first sight? > > BAD YUCHTAR! <slap slsap> BAD! <snicker> > Yeah that takes them *both* out of circulation. :-\ I personally like the bit with Straker's gun. Added to the uncertainty of Straker's intentions regarding Foster. |

Obviously the opening credits sequence was finalized after the filming of EXPOSED. This is certainly credible, if you look at some of these known dates: March 1969 -- UFO begins filming June 1969 -- EXPOSED is filmed October 1969 -- UFO title music is recorded September 1970 -- UFO is initially broadcast -- Marc Martin, [hidden email] |

Sorry, but I was hardly at home this weekend, so I couldn't watch this ep and therefore it has to wait a few days more, but I try to send my statements in time! :-) CU Christian "Time, time, time is not on my side - no, it ain't!"
