OT/The Protectors

This is off topic but does anyone know if the the DVDs in the UK for
"The Protectors" series are indeed Region 2 (as they are listed)? I am
hoping that it is Region 0 like the UFO DVDs are.

I've got my Protectors Box set in front of me, and I'm afraid
it says region 2 on the back :-(
I'm in the UK, and have a region free DVD player so there's no
way for me to test this. But the Region 2 symbol is on the
packaging....

Ahhh, but the Carlton UFO and Captain Scarlet DVD's also have
the Region 2 symbol on the packaging, even though the discs
themselves will play in any region!
