It's hard to find websites with movies and tv show downloads as it's a
copyright infringement to supply them, plus the file sizes are *very*
large (usually 300 to 750 megabyte for an hour long episode).
File sharing will probably be your best bet.
Go to
http://versiontracker.com and download the latest free version of
limewire for you relevant mac OS.
It's a java based program so it'll install a java client as well, if it
needs to.
I'm a mac person, and I have no trouble finding anything I need in the
way of software, movies, tv shows etc.
You have to experiment with the best times to connect to the network,
to see what sort of things are around. It varies a hell of a lot.
And needless to say, broadband is a must for files of that size!
