One week to Fanderson convention!

Hi all,

I see that it is one week until the Fanderson convention
outside of London! Hopefully there are a few people on
this list who are going, and will be able to report
back about anything of interest to UFO fans. Also,
I would be very interested in seeing photos of the
convention guests, the models, the pre-production
artwork, etc. Maybe even someone will audio/videotape
the onstage interviews. (hint, hint)

Unfortunately, I am not going to this convention --
I was thinking about it early on, but when Ed and Mike
passed away that pretty much decided it for me.

So have fun, lucky convention-goers, and don't forget
to take notes! :-)

Hi, Charlie and I are charging the camera batteries. We purchased
several extra ones and bought a Sony DVD camcorder for the event so we
hope to capture some worthwhile footage.

Thanks Lorraine, I look forward to hearing about what happens at the
con, and I also will feel a bit sad about not being there myself.

Also, for anyone who goes there and brings a digital camera with
them, perhaps you can try and take a few shots of whatever UFO
pre-production artwork they have on display there? I took some
shots back in 2000, but not all of them turned out very well.

And of course, photos of all the UFO-related guests would be
nice as well... :-)

..and post them, that would be great. I'd really like to see her these days. Funny, I was just watching "Island of the Burning Doomed/Damned" the other night. She was a hottie! (Pardon the pun, if you know the film...)
