Product Enterprise

brinkeguthrie

WooHoo! My wife just bought for me the Space:1999 Eagle Transporter.
It will look great alongside the UFO, Inteceptor, and Skydiver.
Now, for the Shado Mobile in May and Stingray in November...

(Just NO room left for Fireball or Supercar!)

I have a very supportive husband also. I've been an Alan Rickman fan
(say who?- Die Hard villian) for about a couple of years now. The
reason I'm going over to England in april is to see a play directed
by him and listen to a Q&A given by him after the show. I got talked
into it by two online friends who are meeting me there. I'm from
Canada and they are from the States, we've never met in person before
so it should be interesting. Now that's a loving husband!!!

My biggest regret is that I found out about the Fanderson convention
in September after I'd agreed to go in April. Truth be told I'd much
rather meet Ed Bishop than Alan Rickman any day. It's why I joined
this group trying to find out any UFO spots to visit.

Alan Rickman! Best Euro-villain EVER. GREAT in DieHard..even
better in Robin Hood. He'd make a great bad guy in 007's next movie.

PS does ANYone know anymore about when the Skydiver base is out?

Why is it you Americans seem to like your villains to be Englishmen?
Is it something deep-rooted in the American psyche from war in the
colonies, a couple of centuries ago? :D

Anyway we prefer our Bond villains to be foreign in the main, so no
chance :P

However, Alan Rickman will be the voice of Marvin in the forthcoming
Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy film.

Hi Amy, Same thing in my house. Husband humors me, my daughter thinks I must
be

a little strange . After all these years to still be watching a TV show
from the 70s.,

collecting movies and pictures of an actor she has never heard off . EB
is hanging in

our TV room and in frames on my computer desk. Elaine

Let's see 8x10 framed in my bedroom..not overriding the husband. I'm not that
crazy...lol. I have a pic of him on top of the armoire behind the alarm
clock. I have a copy of his highschool yearbook in my closet and a UFO book. I got
a cigar box purse with his face on it. My desktop pic is Ed also..lol

Are you paying attention? : ) This question was answered on February 11th, by Anthony Taylor at fabgearusa:

>Guys,
It'll be ready when it comes back from the caster and we get them
painted - I really don't have any update at this point, unfortunately.
I promise I'll post the info here when I get it. Soon, hopefully!
Thanks!

I smiled when I read this. This point (Englishmen being villians)
gets mentioned a lot at the Alan Rickman forum I visit. You don't
happen to be an actor by any chance? The girls are getting quite
excited over the Hitchhiker movie and not only because Alan's voice
will be in it.
