Project UFO - Rowan Atkinson?

Hi all,
I was just watching the 1980 Project UFO "movie" and I thought I saw
Rowan Atkinson in the scene where the alien is in a gun fight with
the Mobile team. Was that really him?

That's the guard in navy blue uniform? It's not Rowan Atkinson [but does
look a bit like him] but I can't remember the name of the actor <looking
hopefully towards Marc...>
