I have dowloaded the 72 tracks (corrected rip) of UFO: Volume one CD,
and they sound quite good, I'd say, even though the Fanderson CD is
of course much better; my question is: does a Volume two CD exist, as
far as you know?

The 10 Doppelganger tracks sound nicely too, I'd say...

You need a newsreader program, and access to a news server. I would think
that you probably have the former already - I would think that Windows
includes one as standard (not sure on that as I don't use Windows myself)
and your ISP should be able to give you details of your news server, which
you'll configure into your newsreader program.

Typically though, this is "news." followed by the domain name of your
ISP, eg news.btinternet.com, news.virgin.net, news.ntlworld.com and so on.

I believe that on Microsoft Windows, even the Outlook program comes with
a Usenet newsreader. However, for downloading binary files like these,
you're probably better off using a program designed for this purpose,
for example, GrabIt:

But this all assumes that your Internet access has a Usenet connection
available to it (some don't), or that your Usenet connection is reliable
enough to get a complete set of files. If you don't, then perhaps signing
up to a reliable web-based service temporarily might be your best
option, for example, Giganews has a free 3-day trial:

One other point -- whoever uploaded these encoded these MP3's at a ridiculously
high bitrate (320 kbps for mono tracks?!), so if you were to download the
contents of all 5 discs, that would amount to 800 MB!
