Changing every frame that she was in would have cost thousands of pounds, and Lew Grade would never have given them the money for that. Obviously, thecostume was changed before the series was shot.

Well it is less revealing but since it seems to be taken from a episode
rather than a posed publicity shot it might be that the still was made froma
from of the series after the editing to hide her was done. It hard to tell
anyway as she is standing in a shado(w) and the photo is cropped just about
where anything of interest or objection might show.
