As I recall, the name Carol Miller came from the novels Robert Miall wrote
(allegedly) from the original scripts. And Mark is correct, the scripts on
my site are transcriptions from video.

I've checked both the UFO novels (UFO1 and UFO2 - I have OCR'd both novels,
so the text is directly searchable) and there is no mention of a Carol
Miller in either...

It just so happens that I have exchanged email with
Andrea Allan in the past (6 years ago!), so I emailed
her with a link to that photo I just posted and a
comment about the name.
