Amelia-Knowing Mary the way we do,she would've tried to MAKE Ed pay
for all that alimoney related stuff anyway. She problem Married
Rutland because she could mold him into her way of thinking. He
seemed like a not too bright guy anyway! After all they are married!
I wonder if, if the show continued, if he ever wised up and left her?
Probably not, becuase, like I said earlier, they derserve each
other. Ed, however or whatever he felt after his marriage dissolved,
would never have taken it out on John, and, thus, would've made sure
that he was properly taken care of. What else does he have to spend
his money on? Another gull wing? More smart furnishings for his
apartment(like some more fake tiger throw rugs?) Do you think Rutland
would've paid for everything for John? I often wondered what kind of
work he did. Any speculations????
