Thanks also to those with info on Chris Bentley's UFO book.
Amazon UK emailed me that the GBP 1.99 was added to cover
the cost of tracking down certain titles, so it looks like
the surcharge is well stuck on.

Seems a bit suspicious that they would need to "track down"
a brand new release...
