I didn't realise there was speculation about that or I could've told ya :) It's a different Antonia Ellis. She's a 30-something New Yorker. There's an interview with her [or there was at least] on the Sex and the City website. She said in that that she had been born and raised in NY.
Just thought I'd mention :)
