Sounds like you need to pick up an RF modulator for your DVD player. It
will allow you to plug the RCA jacks into it and it will output to an RF
connection you can hook to your TV.
Most stores like Radio Shack and Wal-Mart carry them. Had to help a friend
hook up his DVD the same way.
Most new TV sets have the RCA audio/video inputs nowadays.
