Andy: Many thanks for posting this! I meant to comment in my other
post that I so far as I know, I have never seen any of these 4 "last"
episodes, though I do have a vague memory of Straker picking up a
rock and falling into an hallucinatory trance.

Would love to see the one where Straker goes up to Foster and gets
told he's really an actor named Michael! Reminds me of that Twilight
Zone episode where the guy suddenly finds himself on a set making a
TV show about his own life. I guess the UFO writers only copped from
the best (e. g. Rod Serling).

Thanks again Andy, and so hi to all our other fave lovies when you
get the chance! Is it true that you all say "Hello darling, are you
working?" when you meet?

Best,

Steve

"Mindbender" is one of the episodes currently featured in the frame
capture library, if you think some images from it might jog your
memory. See http://framecaplib.com/ufolib.html .

Thanks for posting that link, Lisa. Those are some great captures.
I particularly appreciate all the Straker/Foster 2 shots. It shows
again just how much the actors brought to these scripts with their
performances. They make the characters very real people, no matter
how incredible the situation.

Thanks again!

There are transcripts of all four episodes in the
'SHADO Library Stacks' at
http://www.shadolibrary.org/library/stacks/scripts.htm

Found the Guinness book containing the 'UFO'review in
the library this morning - kind of a consolation prize
after finding the Chris Drake 'UFO-Space 1999' in
their stock list, but the librarians were unable to
find either the copy of the book or any borrowing
history... weird... guess either SHADO or the green
guys don't want people to read the book ;)

Regards,

Andy
