Thanks, Michale. I agree with you that the 'side characters' (as it
were) are well worth exploring further. Joan Harrington, for
instance, should have been elaborated upon I think. Her character
showed interesting promise.

Other aspects? Well speaking purely personally I would prefer a
straight continuation of the original show. Same hardware, settings
etc. But that's just me and a purely personal pref. I am sure there
will be others who would disagree with me completely lol.

I sort of have a foot in both sides. I would like the comic to remain
as fateful to the original series as possible. But I also see where if the
comics are set ahead in time that it would logically for their to have been
upgrades to systems and weapons. I mean in wars weapons and equipment are
improved all the time. That was a major plot point in Identified that they
were upgrading the tracking equipment on Moonbase.
But neither should the equipment and weapons become the stars of the stories.
By the way Michael have you guys thought of upgrading SHADO smallarms?
I have a few thoughts on the subject if you haven't.
