go to www.download.com and search for you tube download videos. There are several that are freeware. Just make sure your antivirus is uptodate before attempting downloading anything from anyone.
Its been my experience that you tube is slowly catching up on people who upload commercial items like UFO and such. They usually give you a warning, and removing the copyrighted material, but if you have another copyrighted material, they suspend your account. That may be, although I noticed the other day that the complete episode IDENTIFIED can be viewed on YouTube (split into several parts), plus maybe one or two additional episodes. The quality is poor compared to the DVDs, but might be good enough for someone who is trying to decide if they want to purchase the DVDs. Marc |
The quality may not be good when shown on TV, but for people who have things like a Zune or video iPod, it looks very good. To convert a DVD for these devices takes a long time, so the alternative is getting it from you tube where someone already spent the time of conversion to small screen,
Some software does it in a two step process, download the flv file, then converts the flv file to mp4, avi, or wmv type files.
