Just re watched Sub Smash after a very long time. Seen it before, but this
time really watched it. Never was one of my favorites, but I have changed my
mind. It was very good , very good in fact for a show over 30 yrs. old. Aged
well, future look in clothes and props. Nina look great without purple wig.
Straker showed compassion for his officers, willing to be the last one
off.Story and ending was moving.Straker dealing with his claustrophobia,
touching scene with Nina.Close up of his pearly white teeth and face , not
bad either. As long as I have been a Ed Bishop fan, and that is a long time,
I had never seen him with a full smile, not on the show ,or in any other
picture, or show that I have seen him in.. Alec was Alec, as usual, missed
George Sewell when he left. Do not think it was his
knickers showing, no waist band and to loose fitting. Looked like a tee shirt
or undershirt. Under his trousers loose fitting knickers or shorts would
have been to bulky, and we ladies would have noticed.
