Hey gang,
Can anyone out there help me with some info on the UFO video volumes available in the UK on PAL.? In particular , what sequence are the episodes in? The original air date or the newer sequence as per Marc's site? And do the volumes start with Zero or One? Looking at * blackstar.co.uk * I find they don't appear to have "Identified"... They have a 'collectors edition video which might be some sort of mish mash of episodes stuck together.??? Any ideas? I thought I read on the UFO listing ages ago, that the first volume is # zero. Blackstar says they thought the collectors edition was the first volume. ??? Thanks David [hidden email] |

Despite what Blackstar says, the "Special Collectors Edition" is Volume Zero, and contains IDENTIFIED, COMPUTER AFFAIR, and FLIGHT PATH. You can see clearly what episodes are on each volume by looking at the scans on my website: http://ufo.simplenet.com/videos Or, with a little cut & paste: * Volume 0: Identified/Computer Affair/Flight Path * Volume 1: Exposed/Survival * Volume 2: Conflict/A Question of Priorities * Volume 3: The Dalotek Affair/Ordeal * Volume 4: The Responsibility Seat/The Square Triangle * Volume 5: Court Martial/Close Up * Volume 6: Confetti Check A-O.K./E.S.P. * Volume 7: Kill Straker!/Sub-Smash * Volume 8: The Sound of Silence/The Cat With Ten Lives * Volume 9: Destruction/The Man Who Came Back * Volume 10: The Psychobombs/Reflections in the Water * Volume 11: Timelash/Mindbender/The Long Sleep The episode order is quite close to the production order, although there are some deviations because when Digital Entertainment started putting these out (Volume 1 & 2), they had no idea what order they should use. Volume Zero came about because Fanderson stepped in and told them what order they should be using, and created a Volume Zero to try to correct the order a bit. -- Marc Martin, [hidden email] |
