I ordered 2 mugs, 2 coasters and a mousemat on 27th October and they have still not arrived. CafePress will NOT provide an airwaybill number (because they say international shipments don't need one) - interesting this as our customs and excise and the carrier DHL are mystified by that stance. I have chased the order by making calls to the states and they will not supply an airway bill number. Their methods of communication leave a lot to be desired in s far as when I send e mails asking what is happening, I get a reply which starts with *dear valued customer* - and has obviously been copied and pasted into the body of the reply stating that I need to check with customs to see if it has arrived (arghhhh I'm now almost bald from tearing my hair out). Customs say they need to have an airway bill number which as I now know won't ever be given by CafePress for reasons best known to themselves. Indeed, I'd hate to be an unvalued customer if this is the way they treat a *valued* customer. This company were quick to take my money on 27th October and their customer services is very poor in my experience, I hope anyone else does not suffer the same problems. The one over-riding feeling I have is that I am extremely disappointed, and the only people who have tried to help is DHL themselves, they have tried, using CafePress's account number to go back to 27th October and trace parcels leaving the states, going all the way up to today and my parcel it appears, has never left CafePress - it is a huge disappointment, but there you are. I have now had to start proceedings to recover my money through my bank and needless to say i will not be buying anything again from cafepress.com Claire [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
Claire-
That sucks! I got my lunchbox in about 5 days, and I was very happy. Of course, I am not dealing with them from overseas. It looks like they have a UFO calendar for sale too, might have to make another order for that. Is there any chance of an official UFO calendar from Fanderson or Carlton? Will shop again Hi, Are you in the UK or US, and did you get an airwaybill number, seems they have an aversion to giving UK customers an airwaybill number. Ok - here's my experience with CafePress - I ordered a sweatshirt and mug
with SHADO logo and they arrived within about 10 business days at my door. Great stuff. using the coffeee mug just about every day.
