The same questions could apply to the "flying sub" from
"Voyage ot the bottom of the sea",I had the Aurora model
many years ago and wondered about the same things.
In the engine room there were 2 engines that seemed to be
impeller driven with a possible intake underneath.Of course
the flying sub was more aerodynamic than Skydiver.
