I heard an interview on radio last week in which author Georgina
Bruni described a book she's just had published about the 'true' UFO
incident which took place near Bentwaters US air force base in
Suffolk, England. in... <gawk> 1980 !!
How UFO-esque is that? <Carly tries valiantly to drag post *on*
topic. Probably fails>
Since I know some of you are interested in UFO incidents that do not
necessarily feature blond USAF colonels named Straker, I thought I'd
post the info. The title of the book - You Can't Tell the People -
was given it's name after the author, some years later, buttonholed
PM Margaret Thatcher and asked her directly about the incident. Mrs T
apparently looked her in the eyes and said something like: You have
to get your facts right (which she repeated twice and then): You
can't tell the people.
No, Georgina Bruni didn't quite get it either!
