Revisiting UFO after thirty years

According to this, UFO was started at June 8th 1971 in German TV.
Average audience rate was 41% (That time, we only had two TV channels
in Germany).
I found that page when I was looking for another memory, which turned
out to be "The Invaders", which was shown in Germany starting
April 14th 1970, also tuesday 9pm. It seems, tuesday 9pm was
the SF-slot that time and I remeber after UFO finished, I waited
for the next thing but this was just some whudunit, no SF ;-(

I rather think it must have been in 1970, since I had seen UFO in German
once or twice prior to moving to the UK and watching the ITV Southern
re-run of UFO there. Must have been ZDF or ARD or the third channel (back
then called WDR), since those were the only 3 German channels we had in
these parts (back then, and now).
