S.I.D. & Utronic equipment,

The Utronic equipment, I think, was for S.I.D.

Having said that, it does raise a few unanswered questions. Why fly to the
moon to put the Utronic equipment into S.I.D., when it`s just as easy to
get to the sattelite from earth ('The man who came back'). Secondly, if
S.I.D. only had the equipment, how come the UFO`s were picked up on
Moonbase radars?

I can`t see Henderson screaming for Budget cutbacks for SHADO, as it would
be counter-productive, trying to fight a war `on the cheap`. I think the
budgetary infighting is because of the heavy demands that Straker makes, to
finance extra projects.
