SHADO 10th Year Anniversary!

Hi all,

I just wanted to mention that I started this list on 24 August 1994, so
today
is our 10th year anniversary! Hard to believe that we've been able to
maintain
a UFO discussion group that long!

Originally this list was called "FAB-UFO", and over the years we changed
mailing list hosts a few times. We've been here on Yahoo Groups since
2000.

Happy anniversary to us!

glad I
found it. I have become a big fan of UFO since catching it for the

Just out of curiosity Marc, do you know how many of your members have been
with you that long? I know I started up some time early on and wonder how

I have no idea, really -- a lot of our old time members have been
pretty quiet lately, so I don't know if they're still here or
not!

Happy anniversary Marc. If I recall right, Alec Freeman once said to
Commander Straker, "You've done a good job." and if I recall right that was
the first episode, Identified. Thanks for having a great group. I may just
lurk but this is a momentous occasion and I thought I should speak up.

I was 8 when the show aired. So you are not alone. I had not seen the show for 30yrs but I bought the DVD set when it first came out. I will never trade my UFO or Space 1999 dvds. bsl
