SHADO Posting Rules & List Moderation

Hi all,

In response to Bob's concerns, I've made some modifications to the
main SHADO discussion group page and the posting rules.

The main SHADO discussion group page (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/SHADO)
now includes a link to the posting rules, and the following new paragraph:

"New members should please read our posting rules. New members are
automatically moderated. When it's clear to the list moderators that
a new member understands and is following the list rules, they will
be allowed to post without moderation. However, repeated subsequent
rule violations will cause them to be moderated again."

Also, the posting rules have been reorganized, so that the most
commonly violated
rules are now listed first:
