Hi,
I've noticed the number of list members has hit the 1000 mark, I don't know if this is for the first time ever :) This number goes up and down, so I'm wondering - does it change every time someone either joins or leaves the list? Can anyone tell me if it is possible to buy the A&E UFO DVDs from a supplier in the UK, or are they only available in the USA? I want to buy them, but haven't bought anything over the net before :-> Thanks Sarah |

I think you'll have to procure them over the net I'm afraid, but that shouldn't be a problem if you buy them from a reputable source. I had dealings with www.amazon.com and http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com/dvd.cfm?itemID=ANE070988 (later having low prices and free shipping) and here were no problems whatsoever. Naturally, if you deal with them, you are doing it on your own responsibility : ) All the best, Branko _________________________________________________________________ Don't just search. Find. Regarding buying Region 1 UFO DVDs in the UK: In the past couple of years I have used a few different companies that I have discovered on the Internet to get Region 1 DVDs that were not available in the UK. Rule of thumb to me is that if they are available as R!, then they are sure to be available via the Internet over here. It's just a matter of finding the right company. I have found and used three different companies, and, generally speaking had no problems. The companies I have used have accepted payment via cheque/postal order, which is fine for me as I don't have a credit card.

Thanks for pointing that out! I think that probably is the first time the list has ever reached 1000 subscribers. It does change whenever someone subscribes or unsubscribes. Also, I think it counts addresses which are no longer valid, so if I went in and cleaned out all of the addresses which are no longer working, the number would probably drop back down to 900... Excellent! Goes to show how popular the series was. Oh to see it

Others may receive messages, but don't read them any more. Others may be email accounts which are no longer accessed or valid. On the flip side, since the messages are viewable to everyone on the Internet, I do know that there are people who follow the messages on SHADO without ever having subscribed at all. Marc |
