That is going to be tough, Marc. The walk areas will be absolutely
jammed with people. You might be able to field a few questions at the
booth but you won't be able to hold it long. The convention people
will make you keep the aisle clear. Boy, it is TIGHT in there!

The MiscMayhem folks had a BLAST last year and the year before. One of
our friends from the Supercar Club stayed at the Westin last year and
set up the meeting room arrangements. I
doubt that he involved the Comic-con people in the transaction because
we held the gathering
on the verboten Saturday night.
If all you want to do is talk-the restaurant idea would probably fly.
If you want to share
Models, pictures, toys, and DVD's then a separate room is a must. It
doesn't have to be large
Just comfortable for you to bring in snacks. (Pizza gets cold too
fast.)
I flew to San Diego from South Florida for just the weekend. The
lloonnnngg flight was
well worth the trouble to be able to meet some of the group and to
meet and talk with
Graydon Gould (the voice of Mike Mercury.)If you all can pull this off
you are very likely
to have a great time.
