Hello there, with the exception of the lovely Gabrielle Drake - did
any other Shado ladies bare all for mens magazines in the 1970's. i heard many a rumour that the beautiful Ayshea did a pictorial for Penthouse in the early 1970's under an assumed name. Any help would be greatfully recieved. LOL - Kimberley Adams |
Its hard to say if they did or didn't particularly if they used a assumed
named. I know that Shakira Baksh who later married Michaek Caine did pose for some. And Penny Spencer who like Gabrielle appeared in a few sex comedies also posed. But I can't think of any of the other Main Cast ladies who did so under their own names. If Ayshea did Penthouse under a assumed name it might be possible to find her by checking some of the pinup data bases online for Penthouse if she was the main model for that issue rather than one of the other girls in which case it might be more difficult to find her images. Watching the episode last saturday at 6pm I never realized that the Shado production team had been so strapped for cash. OK, In the animation scenes I can understand them using washing up liquid containers and old kleenex boxes painted up to represent space cities etc ..... but those costumes the guys were wearing ! they were string vests dyed a pastel shade of green ! OK, they had to economise..... but was nt that going a bit too far ? Tim Yahoo E Mail Scanned by Norton __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Stephanie Beacham did - they might have been for Mayfair I believe as
they are quite well done. I know of a website you can get them from but I'll only post it if Marc says it's okay too. Come on, you know what I mean, the "model scenes "
then, with model space ships flying over model forests and cities, its all fake , you know that !. But those string vest space suits on saturday night ! all bought from marks and sparks and dyed green ! I was disappointed too that Gabriel Drake did nt have a big part........ ah well, I can always go back to startrek ! Barry the photos of Stephanie Beacham, at least the ones I have seen that
were reprinted in Playboy in Febuary 1987 and were from 1972 and done by Lord Snowden who I don't think was working for Mayfair. As to the calender with the topless photo of Gabrielle Drake it would be interesting to know who printed it. I didn't happen to be one of her laying chest down on a bed? Have always seen that and wonder where it came from. As to hunting photos of the others besides Mayfair and Penthouse there were a couple of other Up Market men's magazine such as Girls Illustrated, Oui and Lui that might have had them as models. Sorry Wendy but have no idea where you might find photos of the guys. Sometimes life is just so unfair. For Gabrielle Drake just watch Au Pair Girls (1972). She appears full-frontally nude for minutes at a time. Crap film though, especially when you consider it was directed by the late great Val Guest (The Day the Earth Caught Fire, The Quatermass Xperiement, Quatermass II, Space 1999). Tried looking for that, but most videostore clerks I've asked just give me a blank look and act clueless. I think it's only available by special order for those really serious about getting it to own, not just to rent & watch one time.... Anyone have an idea????
