The idea of using the US submarine fleet as a possible "Role model" for the
Skydiver fleet, could be to work out how many Skydivers may be needed, to
cover/defend the earth, as 1 country (America) has 31 Polaris subs.
Actually to figure out how many Skydivers are needed to give the whole
earth full coverage you need to know the maxium flight range of the Sky
aircraft. Then cut this in half because it has to fly both from and back to
its launch point. Using this distance as a radius draw a circle on a map of
the earth. The number of circles this size it takes to cover the whole earth
is the number of SkyDivers needed.
