Original vs Stereo
Can't comment on the actual case as I do not have the UFO DVDs yet. Nor any
other of the other Anderson DVDs for that matter. What I can comment on are
things that I like.
The short answer to Marc's question would be that I am a 5.1 surround sound
fan. No, my home stereo does not have that option, but it is one that I
enjoy at the theater. Having sound approach me from the rear, only to have
the object fly overhead on the screen is something that I enjoy.
I vote stereo CD and stereo DVD.
I vote for choice.
Original presentation material is very important to the serious collector,
and it should be included, as that is the way it was originally. But we have
the technology, why not use it and allow all the choice that they would
like.
