Although Straker is refered to as Commander,
[In-Chief] he could only still be holding the rank of Colonel.
It won`t be the first time this has happened, especially in history, for
example. In the Mutiny on the Bounty, Bligh was given command of the
Bounty, & called Captain, Bligh actually held the lower rank of Leiutenant.
