Survival & Conflict Music Themes.

Greetings.


Back in the day, Marc had three different flute themes on the website. One
of them was played during the title sequence of this episode when the
Moonbase dome is repressurized. Am I correct in assuming that this
particular theme was not heard again in the series? Similarly, the
wonderful marching music played in title credits of Conflict appears only
in the course of that particular episode. (At one point Marc thought that
this was an updated version of the Oyster March from Stingray.)

Can we make the assumption that at some point in the series a decision was
made to give each episode a unique title sequence music track, or was this
all really a matter of whether or not Gerry wanted a different musical
score to set the tone for a particular episode?

And does anybody know if these two tracks will be on the upcoming Fanderson
CD?

I don't think we can make that assumption. Some of the episodes were
scored, and sometimes the music got reused in other episodes, and
sometimes it didn't. It's as simple as that.

I think the people who know the answer to this aren't talking! But I
would expect that both tracks will be on the CD.
