Actually thats a good track, although of course I'm very receptive because of it's association with UFO.

Griff,I recall you having tracked down the music from the cocktail bar in Responsibility Seat. You'd overheard it in a Hotel.Did you discover where that music was from.

One presume's that if you have or you are on the trail, your head can be held high again.

Hi,

I am off to Bologna end of next week 3rd (should have been this week, but too busy). So, hopefully I'll at least get some info... and if I am very lucky maybe even get my hands on the CD - if you know what I mean :)

Mmm...

Just reading my own post makes me sound really shifty... I'm not really, honest!

It's just urge to get ever nearer to my ultimate quest and thirst for knowledge about UFO can sometimes go a little bit too far.

To clarify: If the hotel manager lets me rip the CD I will be very happy. If it's a copy and there is no info I suppose it's still stealing from somebody, but this is a hazy area...

I am not going to pass up the opportunity to get my hands on that music. What do I do then? Pass a copy to Marc, Chris Bentley or Fanderson???

... that's a hard one ...

Hi Griff

If the CD is a straightforward copy of a commercial CD then you may be ableto get the track list by using an online database. One such is Freedb which you access via appropriate software. I use Audiograbber, which is freeware ( http://www.audiograbber.com-us.net/ ).

Once installed, all you do is load the CD, click on the "Freedb" button in Audiograbber and, with luck, it tell you the tracklisting. This works for most commercial CDs. It won't work if the CD is a "handmade" or not commercially released compilation or if the tracks are MP3ed or have in some other way lost their information.

It could be that the music was from a music library - many "party" type tracks in other ITC series were, in which case the CD may be one made up by the library for use in bars etc and not a general release.

Might be worth a try though.

Regards
John
