Suzanne Neve at SHADOCON2.

WOW!!!   I am impressed!  This will be Suzanne's first ever convention and, to my knowledge, will be the first time she has spoken about UFO in an interview.  This is indeed a major coup, especially since so many of the show's principal cast are, sadly, no longer with us.  

This is truly A-OK!

Fantastic day on Saturday at SHADOCON2, despite the incredible heat... be glad when it's all cold and raining again!  Poor Ayshea was taking my antihistamine tablets all day - the first time she had ever got Hayfever!  So that shows how high the pollen count was.  Lovely meeting Alan Perry and chatting to him at length.

And it was a real joy to get to meet and talk to Suzanne Neve - who was lovely.  I think I embarrassed her by telling her how good she was in her two episodes.  But she was!  Only disappointment was that I was hoping they would have picked David Collings up from the station in the SHADO jeep, bundled him inside and then marched him into the building in handcuffs.  Maybe next time...?


All in all, a great day, well attended and everyone involved should be thanked and congratulated.  I know the entire event was videoed and I know that a DVD is due out before the end of the year.  

P.S.  And I got to sit in the SHADO Jeep too!  Thanks everyone!
