TIMELASH

Timelash is in my opinion the best episode in the series.
There are a couple of episodes which run it very close,but I,ll give it to Timelash on points.
Forget the Night /Day thing,its clear someone said hey! that effect would be good .It is! and it contributes to the episode's haunting dream like effect,even if the inspiration came from someone saying look we can,t film at night around here.In the end the treatment is superb.Forget the
scientific inconsistences.Are there really any?We are talking imagination here.If time really stopped wheel on a scientist and let him explain what it would be like.Boring inhuman meaningless rubbish.If you want that read Sagan, Hawkins or some such figure in the popular scientific and barren world.
Let time stop in accordance with the script.Great editing,superb use of sound effects. A triumph of imagination, simple techniques and story telling resulting in a unique episode from the series,yet very much in keeping with the show's premise.
