Thanks/DVD question

Sarah Stokes
Thanks for welcoming me to the list!

That's it exactly! I never understood the appeal of transmission dates
& details until I saw UFO.

About Straker, Carly wrote:

Wow! I know my place, I promise! <humbly going to the back of the
queue> BTW, anybody fancy a glass of tomato juice :-)

I'd like to comment on the diving-suit question raised by Anny and
Sheila but somehow I can't seem to think straight. Wonder why... <g>

Can I ask a question about UFO on DVD? I thought it was not available
yet & it seems that way from the FAQ, but I have just joined
SHADO-USECC and Helen writes that we are able to get DVDs in the UK.
Now I am confused :-S Please help.

Sarah

Helen made a mistake when she said that UFO was available on DVD in
the UK. There was a time when Digital Entertainment said that it
was going to release the series on both VHS and DVD, but they only
ended up releasing it on VHS. Now that the series is owned by Carlton,
it appears that they will be releasing it on DVD sometime in 2001.

Well it is a long queue to be sure and there are those on the list that are
more pushy than others<g> Poor Straker he would be a total wreck by the time
he had worked his way through the queue<g>

LOL kinda scrambles your brain doesn't it? That guy is really too much. I
just kerplop all over the place at the sight of him. Amelia will explain
what a kerplop is<g> (looks towards Lady Amelia)
