Actually, Marc, I liked this one best. The writer brought out Bishop's wit
more than the others did. And there was not one note of condescension in
the entire article! Thanks so much for the scans. I have a question,
though. Will any of these mags be available at the Fanderson Con in May?
I'd like to get a few of them while I'm there, since I can't buy them in the
States. Oh, and will any of the e-group be getting together at the Con? It
would be great to put some faces to the names.

It's possible that some of the dealers in the dealers room may
have these, but typically they carry older, rarer magazines and
not the newer ones.

Last time there was a meeting in the video room at a specific time...
too bad it conflicted with Ed Bishop being in the cafeteria... :-)

(as for whether I'm going -- probably not, but I may change my
mind... we've got a launch scheduled around that time, so I
may not even have much of a choice!)

You might want to contact Dave Nightingale via his web site Star Trader (
http://www.startrader.co.uk/ ) and ask if he has got them available. Dave
will be dealing at Fanderson and would bring them along to the con for you.

I think a gathering would be great. I am attending and would be willing to
co-ordinate it. If any one is attending, email me and I will post one list
to this group and ask Nick if there is any chance of us having a programme
room as we did at the last con. Failing that, I could arrange a time to meet
in the bar.

If you are attending the con, email me with your name, where you are from,
which days you are attending and if you are staying at the con hotel.
