I think that The Champions was filmed in
1967, as I remember watching it in 1968
whilst attending High School, as the
programme was a major weekly talking point
the day(s) after its regular transmission,
in School.
Alexandra Bastedo has changed very little
over the years, as she was interviewed about
2 years ago on ITV.
