I am sure most to us know that a good number of actors from UFO have appeared
in James Bond films. Best know of these are of course Ed Bishop appearing in
both You Only Live Twice and Diamonds Are Forever, Michael Billington in The
Spy Who Loved Me, Vladek Sheybal in From Russia With Love. And there have
been may guest stars who have had roles in the Bond films foremost is of
course Lois Maxwell who played Miss Moneypenny in every Bond film from 1962
till 1987, Shane Rimmer, in You Only Live Twice and The Spy Who Loved Me,
Antony Chinn in Dr. No just to name a few. But if I were to ask you who in
the UFO cast was on the short list to have played Bond what would your answer
be? Michael Billington right? Right but not the only right answer you
weakest links.
There have been 3 main cast members of UFO including Mike Billington
who have tested for the role of 007. And two guest cast members. Can you
name these other and how many time Mike tested and who tied him is the number
of times tested?
