The man who came back

As there is discussion on "The Man Who Came Back",
I notice in this episode that with the exception
of the control sphere, the girls on moonbase are
not wearing their purple wigs. Was this caused by:

a. SHADO relaxing the dress code.
b. The girls got sick of wearing them.
c. The wigs were all out getting shampood.
d. continuity problem. (or is that shampooed?)

Also Miss Holland's dress has quite a design, it looks
like she has almost been swallowed by a boa constrictor.

I think the wigs for the girls are something like your cover is in the
military, it's usually only worn while you are on duty.

Many of the moonbase scenes in TMWCB show the crew in their off duty and
leisure pursuits, a little view into the behind-the-scenes life and
locations up there at moonbase, which is one of the reasons I like that
particular ep.
