Threshold similiar to UFO...how about Wonder Pets?

Phil-3
I always thought of new shows Nick Jr's Wonder Pets to be very similiar to UFO.

You have the Hampster (Ed Straker), The Turtle (Col Freeman) and the Duck (Lt Ellis)

They live in a pre-school (SHADO under a film studio) and get distress calls on a tin can phone (SID). They have an involved "Put your uniform or flight helmet on" musical number like UFO and assemble their rescue craft which also has an elaborate musical launch sequence out through the pre-schools wall.

and click on Nick Jr. Videos (disable your pop-up stopper to open this page)

Select Wonder Pets from the menu (The picture of the Hampster) sit back and enjoy.

Not like UFO??? Maybe I just need some sleep! : - )

Marc, I have two interviews with Bear McCreary, new BSG composer up on my site here:

and one from a year ago here

Off topic but I just uploaded a terrific interview with Colin Baker here,

http://captphilonline.com/Destinies/ClassicDestinies_03_27_87.mp3

listened to it today for the first time and it's really interesting if you like Doctor Who (I'm the archivist, not the host)

or just browse the whole page
