The flat roof belonged to the low entrance building attached to J and K
stages at Pinewood Studios. The wall on the right of the photo from Timelash
is the top half of J stage.
On the photo (link below) you can see the large white 007 stage at the top
right,
straight below that are two brown brick stages side by side - those are J
and K stages. The flat rooftop is attached to the stages, to the right in
the photo. (It is bigger than it might appear in the photo as those stages
are about 100 feet long.
