UFO 2

Thankyou for your welcomes. I am very intrigued at the prospect of a new
version of UFO. As has been said I think that the original ideas have been
milked so much over the years it would be necessary to find an original idea
or a different angle to encourage new viewers. The younger generation, Oh
how old I sound! are used to so many special effects and computer generated
images and quite complicated story lines, that it would need some good ideas
to capture new fans. Personally, I would still be a fan if they kept the
same content. I think many sci-fi series flop in Britain due to the fact we
seem to be very critical! It always seems it has to be bigger and better and
there is more emphasise placed on special effects than on the standard of the
whole thing.
I hope that the UFO 2 gets off the ground and receives the same support from
old and new fans that the original series did and still does.
Re: my crush on Colonel Foster, I really love the photo of him in the sauna
taken from Ordeal, it makes a really good screensaver!!!!!
