UFO Cards!

Hi all,

Some quick news -- apparently the UFO trading cards are now scheduled for
June, 2004.

Cards, Inc has updated their Web site.....you can some of the stuff there.
Also, they have an online shop where you can buy/see some of the cards!

hmmm... it'd be nice if the photos took up the entire area of the
cards...
seems like some of these cards have the photos taking up less than 1/2
of the space!

Sadly, it looks like some might also be making fun of the series and
the style it was filmed in. The two cards at the bottom had lines
stating "Perfectly Purple" for the card with Gay Ellis on it,
and "Future Fashion Crazy" with a card featuring Straker's second in
charge.
I hope they don't do too many of the cards like that.

I think they're kinda neat looking myself. Check some of the profile cards --
they have two pictures - one in color and another to the left in a gray tone.

Also, I think they had a little fun with the Future Fashions chase set - I
don't think they purposefully made fun of the series, IMO anyway. :)
