UFO Cartoon "The Man Who Came Back"

This cartoon is a sort of cross-over scene
based on Sarah's review of this episode.
With all the smoking on UFO, it _could_
have happened this way.
No smoker (as I have been) would do this,
but then Collins was under Alien control.
