Nick Williams has contacted me to offer us a room for a meeting. Here is his
email:
"If it's any help to arrange your meeting, there's a 30-minute break in the
screening programme at the convention. The break is on Saturday 7th October,
13:00 to 13:30. The room is quite small (only holds about 20 people) and is
perhaps not the ideal place to take a group photograph, but you are welcome
to use it as an initial meeting place if you like."
We could meet there for the photo.
