Further to earlier replies (and more thought) I think I feel
compelled to pay attention to this screening of UFO, simply because
Ed and Mike are no longer with us. It feels a little like a sense of
honour to their memory, although I'm not suggesting it is being
screened by ITV 4 at this time as a tribute to them, it's obviously
just coincidence :-)

I admit I was thinking primarily of you when I've posted about each
episode; thanks for confirming my suspicions! I *will* carry on
doing so; after all, those who don't care to know can delete the
posts :-)

Judging by the fact only female members of the list are admitting to
watching this run, the explanation might be as simple as the
difference in the psychology of men and women; that's normal(ly)
pretty strange…… ;-D

There *could* be a sense of community spirit, if everyone watched the
same episode of UFO at the same time, or the same day (to allow for
time differences) and then had an episode discussion………… any
takers out there? :-)

I'm assuming you're also in the UK so haven't heard them (?) I'd
love to say I'd copy the soundtrack for anyone over here who hasn't
got them, but that would be illegal, wouldn't it? ;-) It's like the
Fanderson tribute to Ed I'd like to read :-( Maybe someday …

Well, if I ever win the lottery… :-)

It would be wonderful to have a commentary for every episode, IMO.
It's such a shame Ed's was so poor. Incidentally, it was put forward
(on the net somewhere) as a contender for the worst DVD commentary
and I regret to say I have to agree. So disappointing :-(

Andy, thanks for the screen captures of Hiroshima :-) Was Ed
smoking a cigar there? ;-) Does anyone know how Shane Rimmer is now –
wasn't he poorly or something?

I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday :-)

A month ago, it was reported that Shane is fine and
recovering well from his operation.
